Well, the lead guitarist of Lynyrd Skynyrd plays a Gibson Les Paul, so I guess that that would be "the best electric guitar to play rock like the song "sweet home alabama," wouldn’t it?
A Fender Telecaster.
A Les Paul and Strat was what they used. Sometimes they used Firebirds.
I’d have to say a good acoustic electric guitar, like Bunker’s At-200.
