To Las Vegas from Alaska? Damn thats a BIG Climate Jump!! If you leave it running like 24 hours a day like some people do to keep cool i would say for 1 bed apt around $200 to $300 the most but it depends on what kind of air conditioner you get..

we are a good sized family and i was a stay at home mom (so somehting was always on, tv ac, etc) and we lived in a 2br apartment( in an older complex) and in the winter time my power bill wasnt that bad, less than $100 usually but come summer time when that AC is cranking 24 hours a day the highest we paid was $455.
so word of advice, dont live in an upstairs apt and make sure it is a newer building with good appliances.
my boyfriend and i have had two one bedroom apartments since moving here and we have all electric no gas and pay around $60 the most we have paid is maybe $100 during the summer but it was a brand new very energy efficient cooling system. 400 for a 1 bedroom is ridiculous, my ex boss paid that much to cool a two story house.
It depends on a lot of factors. In the summer it could be around $400 a month depending on how much you use your air conditioning. In the winter you don’t have to use the heat that much especially since you are coming from a much colder climate. In the winter about $60 a month. It all depends on you.
apt is heat, stove and ac. and clothes dryer.
so do you cook many meals. that is a deciding factor.
Also depends where you live if you have extreme summer heat or shade.
I was in an apt in 2006 and never higher than $120.
Cooler times, second floor, so not that much heat was $35.
Hot months multiply by 5 and and cool multiply you 7.
Conditions will determine your real expenses.
It will be no where near what you pay now.
