What are the voltage and frequency values usually written in the electric motors of home appliances?
Are these values related to the input electricity or the motor itself?

If it is on the lable on the motor, then it applies to the motor. If it is on a lable attached to the appliciance then it applies to the entire unit.
Usually, both.
For instance, if the tag says "120 volts AC, 60 Hz" – that’s the input electricity that’s required for the particular design of the motor.
