The video screen is green for all my videos. What do I need to do?

For some reason, all YouTube, Hulu, & Windows Media Player videos will not play on my laptop. The audio is fine, but the screen is green. Vista Home is my operating system. My browser is Firefox 3.6. I have contacted Firefox and they said to contact Adobe. Adobe will not address the issue because their Flash Player is the "free" version and they will not offer any support. Can anyone give me some help with this issue?
