		<description>I just saw something on the news about that. There was a boom in building a few years ago and chinese drywall was used in a lot of the homes. There&#039;s some type of defect in it that causes the blackening of the copper. They said that if its the chinese drywall, it has to be replaced. Which can be very expensive. Also, they couldn&#039;t say if there were any health risks because the problem is new, but if it can turn copper black I would stay away. If the home was built the same time as the garage, the home probably has the same drywall.</description>
