No, they have easement rights.

Chances are the power co. has an easement recorded. When you took title to the property, you took it subject to that easement.
Look at your Title Report and that will tell you if the power company recorded the easement, if yes then you are out of luck. If not recorded then you have a case
Utility companies have legal rights to put poles where they are needed. I can’t remember the law, eminent domain maybe. If they take land then they must compensate you. They may have paid the previous owner for use of the spot. You should call them and fine out.
