		<description>Depends on how big you want to make the windmill.  Basically, what you need is a generator to produce the electricity, fan blades to catch the wind, and preferably a fin so it will keep itself facing into the wind.

You can use an old electric motor as the generator, and if you&#039;ve got basic tools and mechanical skill, you can make the fan blades out of PVC pipe.  See the link below for a how-to video.

Alternately, you can build a small, vertical wind turbine, which is probably less efficient, but might be easier to build.</description>
