Build a wind power generator and save money on your electric bills.
Mobile homes are just like any other home. It depends on how well you manage your electricity. They are actually insulated well, but paneling in some homes won’t do much for keeping the cold out.
I’m remodeling a place. My first bill with all the leaks, shotty work, holes in the floor, walls, ceilings was almost 200. I hear people around here say "Oh yeah, My bills in the winter are 2-300"…. That’s just ridiculous. Wasteful. Stupid.
I did a little work and my next bill was just under 100 bucks. It’s spring so my bill is usually about 40 bucks.
This can all happen in any other home, mobile or not. Just be aware of maintenance issues like air leaks and bad doors. You decide how big your bill is, not the type of home you live in.
I have mine averaged ant its still $175.
What’s the age, insulation, size, climate, rate/kwh, windows, number of people, appliances.
No one can estimate what you will use.
