I live in a basement apartment that is approximately 500 sq. feet. I expect my gas and elelctric bill to be $0, since utilities are included in my rent! Yeah for me! Although, I gotta tell you, right now I’d pay for utilities to not have to listen to them vaccuuming at 10:00 at night when I have a two year old sleeping!
1104 sq. feet my electric bill is around $120 a month which used to be $75 a month, because I cook more in the winter than the summer I use my slow cooker at least 6 times a month, I’m in San Diego so we don’t need AC so in the summer my bill is $40-$60 a month which used to be$35-$55 a month I have a washer/dryer in my condo and it’s all electric.
