I’m 13, 100 lbs, and 5”3. Is that a healthy weight? And how do I get rid of my love handles at home with no equipment, no online ordering, and no pills! Please I’m trying to do this secretly myself! Just some exercises at home that I could do! I jump rope 10 minutes a day and do windmills were you stick your arms out beside you and you bend to your side. I do about 60 on each side everyday! I also eat healthy and drink 6 bottles of water! Please I need to lose them in 2-3 months!!! Please this is so important please help me!!! Thank you!!!
