Electric vehicles can use all these sources of power if it is first converted to electricity and either stored or transmitted to the vehicle.
There are several unique solar bike concepts listed below. Flexible solar panels could easily be placed on a velomobile. Land sailors use the wind for power.
MAKE ONE!!! You would be rich and famous all over the world!!!
You might have given me and the rest of the world a great idea.
Pedal assisted electric bikes that run off a battery you can recharge with your pedaling or some with coasting exist.

Not really.
Almost all electric bikes use regenerative energy to recharge, even partially.
As for solar, you need quite a bit of real estate to charge up a bike battery, something with very minor dimensions. Add to that the weight of the panels and structure. I doubt this may be a workable solution at this time.
As for wind, you will be bleeding off your pedal power since the blades will create some friction. And regenerative energy will take care of the "coasting" segments of the charging, since you will use the drive motor to recharge – you will need a separate windmill (probably on a boom to go over the biker ("turbines" down low are not efficient (short blades) and have higher risk to to pebble and dust damage) which adds weight and structure (drag) on the bike.
Keep trying – I’m sure if it bugs someone enough, a breakthrough will occur.

Surely engineering logic suggests that in order for the wind turbine to work the bike would have to be traveling, ie being propelled by human power, thus using more energy than is saved.
Likewise toting those huge panels around would require energy to be exerted.
Im not sure, but that would be so cool!
