do you like candle light in your home rather than electric lights?

now that it dark by 7pm – I love candles

Hello, It’s not dark here in the U.S.A! But it will get dark. I do like candle light rather then electric lighting! It is more romantic!
We have a cabin in norther Michigan and we do not have electricity so we us lanterns
Candles have a high frequency of starting fires when used on a regular basis. Ask your local Fire Department for statistics. Use the electric lights for safety. Candl is ok for a novelty as long as you constantly observe it. You can’t trust it.
The only time we have candles is when the Lectric isn’t working.

I love the glow and smell of candles but I prefer electric lights just because I’m always nervous about fires.
YES, it makes your home feel so welcoming and peaceful…..until you blast that ZEPPELIN!!!! (in my case anyways, I also light incense with those candles, get it real smoky).
