Can anybody tell me if all of these parts are compatible? If so is it a good deal?

I think you are spending way too much on the case. But if you like the looks of it, there is nothing wrong with spending a little extra for something that you like. But there are some problems with this system which MUST be corrected…
First, never buy a WD "green" series hard drive for a system with a dedicated video card. Green series is low power slow hard drive. It’s OK for a low-end workhorse system, or as extra storage/backup use. It should not be used as a primary hard drive in a system that is not low end. If you get WD, buy a blue one or a black one. Note that you shouldn’t have to spend more money to get a GOOD hard drive. Last I checked, newegg had a 750GB Seagate high performance hard drive for the same price as that crippled "green" WD drive you chose.
Your RAM is not compatible with your motherboard. The RAM is DDR2, needs to be DDR3 1600. The best part for your particular motherboard would be Corsair CMX4GX3M2A1600C8. Note also that you want 4GB, not 2GB.
Oh, and your power supply is garbage. You will need a Corsair 650TX for that rig.
So, you’re going to have to spend about another hundred bucks to fix the problems with that configuration. But you could easily spend about forty bucks less on a decent case, like something by NZXT.
Close, but that motherboard requires DDR3 memory, and you’ve specified DDR2. Won’t work.
The 64-bit OS is a bit overkill for a 2GB system, but it does allow you much easier upgrading in the future, so that’s acceptable.
You’ll probably want to add a DVD/CD burner, or loading those games is going to be tough.

Other than that, everything else looks reasonable. I’m glad you remembered the OS – that’s an often overlooked need.
that’s a decent build…the motherboard is on the low end side though…and the power supply is very cheap and will cause you grief down the road running the 4850….it only has 25amps on the 1 12v rail…that is cutting it very close……
take a look at this ocz 550w for 70.00 and after rebate its 45.00….much much better psu, and has all the connections you need….

the ram you have listed is ddr2, the board you have listed supports ddr3 1600 dual channel,so you need to find ddr3 ram….also the mobo has 2 PCIe slots but the 2nd slot is only x4,so you cant really run crossfire with that….you want a board with at least 2 PCIe slots at x16 and x8….when you run crossfire they both run at x8 mode….i have that set up and its fast…maybe 3% slower than running 2 x16 slots….
the cpu and the video card are fine….for 700.00 bux including the monitor and os its not a bad deal…just need ddr3 ram and a better psu….and if you can swing it maybe a better motherboard……like gigabyte or asus or even DFI…..
