Are electric power lines feasible across the Bering Strait to balance production and use of solar energy.?

At least US and Russia would have to agree. Perhaps store overflow in hydroelectric dams in the lower Rockies or Appalachians.

Maybe, but not likely (too expensive). It really depends upon a lot of factors, like how deep the strait is, how often it is exposed to high winds, where the nearest power plants and load centers are, etc.
