The answers should be obvious if you put on your thinking cap.
Geothermal energy is free steam from the earth, so it is B + C. A + D are also true but they are not advantages.
The wind doesn’t always blow, and not in all locations, so go for D.
C is the first one. Geothermal energy is a renewable source of energy. It does not cause pollution nor green houses gases. This is good…. flat out….
D is definitely the second one. Wind is a crucial for WIND generators and not all places have them. Some places are not always windy or windy enough for them either so that will also be a disadvantage.
The first one is C, because it is the only advantage, the others are true but not advantageous.
The second one is D because it isn’t practical in all locations (large amount of land required and limited output) and the wind does not always blow. It is not c because wind is caused by uneven heating of the earth’s surface. So if the sun isn’t shining and heating the surface of the earth, you don’t have wind.
