I keep hearing that the Forced Air Gas is the way to go for colder climates. However, we live in all electric apartment and our highest electric bill was 2 in the summer, while I have had family who have complained of gas bills 0 and up. So I have been leaning towards Electric Heat while house hunting, but want to consider Forced Air as well.
What is your experience/preference?

Thanks

I want to do a science project where I create my own solar panels out of different materials to see which one will produce the greatest amount of energy. Is this a realistic topic if it has to be done before Thanksgiving? If so, how do I make the solar panels? How do I measure/convert the energy? Please help!

I’m writing a paper on alternative energy, and I’m going to talk about how it is a cure for many of the world’s problems. I’m going to mention:
- energy independence
- global warming
- global/national economy

I need one or two more ideas because it has to be a long paper. Basically, I need more things that would be improved if a stronger initiative were taken towards alternative energy expansion.
